Enterprise Services (OMES), within the Finance Center of Excellence (FCoE), is dedicated to maintaining and evolving the statewide PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 environment. The FCoE Core Team serves as the backbone for multiple state agencies, driving ongoing modernization initiatives, production support, and critical enhancement projects.
As an Application Developer/Programmer, you will be a key member of the FCoE Core Team, bridging the gap between complex financial business requirements and technical execution. Your mission is to support and enhance the PeopleSoft Financials ecosystem, ensuring the stability and efficiency of mission-critical systems that serve the State of Oklahoma.
In this role, you will translate functional needs into robust technical solutions, developing customizations, integrations, and reports that empower business users. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, System Integrators, and agency stakeholders to navigate fit-gap analyses and solution designs. Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting production issues, executing test plans, and contributing to the successful implementation of upgrades and new modules across the state's financial landscape.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale statewide modernization initiatives. You will directly impact the success of the State's PeopleSoft Financials platform while collaborating with diverse agencies and contributing to the continued modernization of public sector financial operations.
