Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to join our team in Manhattan, NY. This hybrid role is critical for maintaining and evolving our Human Capital Management infrastructure, with a specific focus on the Benefits and Absence modules. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our HCM environment remains robust, compliant, and scalable.

You will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality integrations, reports, and extensions using Oracle Fusion Cloud tools. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to building HIPAA-compliant integrations and managing data flows via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, allowing you to troubleshoot production issues, perform impact analysis, and guide the team through quarterly patches and upgrades.
