About the Team & Mission
Our organization has recently completed a comprehensive implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, covering Core HR, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Payroll, and the HR Helpdesk. The team is now focused on stabilizing this environment, optimizing existing integrations, and driving future module expansions. We are seeking a specialized technical expert to ensure the continued success of our Utilities domain HCM ecosystem.
About the Role
This is a hands-on development role designed to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will not be in a functional capacity; instead, you will be the engine behind the system's integrations, reports, and custom extensions.
Your day-to-day will involve building new integrations from scratch, troubleshooting complex SQL and PL/SQL queries, and developing custom solutions using Fast Formulas, HDL, and Visual Builder Studio. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical artifacts, ensuring that our Benefits and Absence modules operate seamlessly. The role also requires active participation in quarterly patch impact analysis and working closely with Oracle Product Support to resolve critical service requests.
Work Model & Contract Details
This assignment is primarily remote, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of delivery. It is structured as a contract position with the potential for conversion to full-time employment for candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance and meet eligibility criteria.

Requirements
- verified5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
