About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Developer to design, deliver, and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and PaaS solutions. This role is pivotal in supporting cross-functional enterprise initiatives, with a specialized focus on Time & Labor, Core HR, and Expenses. You will serve as the bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.
In this position, you will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion applications while driving process improvements that enhance system effectiveness. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects, Analysts, and business partners across front- and back-office teams to troubleshoot complex issues and communicate clear resolutions. You will also be responsible for designing and developing reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle APEX, ensuring data accessibility and insight for stakeholders.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office 2-3 days a week. The primary locations are our headquarters in Hanover, MD, or our offices in Jacksonville, FL.
