About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Developer to drive the design, delivery, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and PaaS solutions. This role is central to supporting cross-functional enterprise initiatives, with a specialized focus on Time & Labor, Core HR, and Expenses modules.
As a key technical and functional expert, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. Your day-to-day involves translating functional requirements into technical specifications, leading implementation and configuration efforts, and optimizing existing systems for scalability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams across front- and back-office units to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Beyond development, you will serve as a troubleshooter for complex issues, providing clear communication on root causes and resolutions. The role also encompasses designing robust reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle APEX, while supporting comprehensive functional, technical, and performance testing efforts.

Requirements
- verifiedBS/BA degree in related field or comparable industry
- verified5+ years technical experience with Oracle Fusion HCM & ERP
- verified8-10 years related Analyst, Tester, or technical HCM, ERP, and PaaS experience
- verifiedExperience with BI Publisher, OTBI, VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDLs, and PL/SQL
