This position serves as a strategic operational partner, managing the support services and training infrastructure for our plasma collection organization. You will act as a resource to answer employee questions, market and recruit talent, and provide developmental support to plasma center management teams. Your work ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and company-specific regulations related to product quality, employee safety, and donor safety.
In this role, you will collaborate across the organization to stay up to date with current operations and goals, evaluating and implementing program and process improvements. You will utilize technical training to assist the Training and Development Department with center-relevant initiatives, conduct informal audits, and prepare reports on center training and operational issues. Additionally, you will mentor and provide feedback to guide leadership and technical development, designing assessment processes to ensure program effectiveness.
Please note that this position is currently classified as "remote" in accordance with Takeda's Hybrid and Remote Work policy, though it requires frequent travel (95%) to support various center locations.
