About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will assume ownership and accountability in areas of recognized coding expertise while providing leadership and guidance across various Lumen organizations. This role is pivotal in identifying ways to improve Network Reliability and Customer Satisfaction through deep knowledge of Voice & Transport networks.

You will serve as a bridge between engineering teams and AI/tooling owners, capturing adoption friction and translating findings into actionable requirements for continuous improvement. The position involves mentoring peers, developing technical methods and procedures, and acting as a liaison between Managed Services, internal departments, and external vendors like Cisco and SolarWinds. Your work will directly influence the design, configuration, and performance management of data systems supporting Lumen's Managed Services contracts.
