About the Role

As a Senior Engineer, you will assume ownership and accountability in areas of recognized coding expertise, providing leadership and guidance across various Lumen organizations. This role is pivotal in identifying ways to improve Network Reliability and Customer Satisfaction through deep knowledge of Voice & Transport networks.

You will act as a bridge between engineering teams and AI/tooling owners, capturing adoption friction and translating findings into actionable requirements for continuous improvement. The position involves mentoring peers and developing technical methods and procedures to support complex solution designs. You will serve as a liaison between Managed Services, internal departments, and external vendors to resolve high-level support issues, ensuring the seamless operation of our network infrastructure.
