The Department of Public Services is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to support the implementation of new and existing .NET applications. This role is critical for driving efficiency in business processes through the development and enhancement of key systems, including the 753 Project, Pipeline Audit Safety (PAS), Water Master (WMast), Document and Matter Management (DMM), Power To Choose (PTC), and the Regulatory Calculator.
The position involves creating new systems and modifying existing functionality, with a focus on upgrading the Microsoft .NET framework. The successful candidate will work within the .NET Developer Team to design and modify system functionality based on change requests, develop Web REST APIs, and implement enhancements using MVC and Entity Framework. Additionally, the role includes identifying and correcting performance issues in web applications and assisting in the development of software and hardware requirements for development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production environments.
