Junell Realty Group is a top-performing real estate team at Keller Williams Realty, proudly serving Northern Nevada since 2016. With roots in senior living support dating back to 2004, our team brings decades of experience, deep community knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping clients simplify, transition, and thrive.
We specialize in what few teams do: guiding seniors and their families through one of life's most significant transitions—retirement relocation, downsizing, and re-imagining what home looks like in the next chapter of life. We are a collaborative, innovative, and tech-forward team committed to delivering exceptional service.
This position offers purposeful work for a Senior Move Manager dedicated to helping clients navigate the emotional and logistical complexities of downsizing. You will guide senior clients in organizing and planning their move to a new residence, often an apartment in a senior living community. Your role extends beyond logistics; you will provide emotional support to ensure a seamless, hassle-free transition during what is often a stressful time for clients.
In this capacity, you will act as a compassionate partner, helping clients decide what to keep, sell, donate, or gift. You will coordinate all resources, including team members, movers, and estate liquidation services, before, during, and after the move. Additionally, you will manage and train assistant move management team members and maintain relationships with local senior living communities and their sales staff.
