Major Contracting is seeking a high-caliber Construction Operations Coordinator & Office Admin to serve as the organizational backbone of our expanding civil construction firm in Detroit. This is a pivotal role designed for a versatile professional who excels in high-pressure environments and masters the balance of office logistics, client relations, and financial administration.
In this position, you will act as the strategic link between our field crews, executive leadership, and valued vendors. We are looking for a "multitasker-in-chief" who can streamline workflows, manage critical project documentation, and ensure our administrative engine runs as precisely as our field operations. You will be essential to the daily rhythm and long-term organization of the company, facilitating communication flow between the office and field teams while managing complex scheduling and stakeholder relations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Detroit, MI. The schedule runs Monday through Friday.
