About the Role

This Senior Mechanical Engineer position is designed for a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience who is ready to shape the future of bio-pharmaceutical infrastructure. You will serve as a key technical leader, utilizing your expertise in building system design to create sophisticated facilities for top-tier clients.

In this role, you will partner directly with clients to establish design criteria, balancing spatial, functional, and budgetary needs while ensuring strict compliance with codes and regulatory expectations. Your day-to-day involves leading the design of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical utility systems for biotech manufacturing facilities, performing critical design calculations, and reviewing the work of project team members. You will also evaluate existing mechanical systems to develop retrofit strategies, write technical specifications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, electrical, and process engineering. Beyond technical execution, you will mentor junior engineers and support construction and commissioning phases through field reviews, fostering technical excellence across the group.
