The Senior Manufacturing Engineer serves as a technical authority and leader, driving the evolution of manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations. You will provide technical leadership for process development, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that new products are introduced smoothly and that existing systems operate at peak performance.
In this position, you will maintain a strong presence on the shop floor to provide hands-on support and rapid response to production initiatives. You will mentor junior engineers, guide manufacturing strategy, and lead capital projects from concept through installation and handoff. Your work will directly impact the reliability of equipment, the quality of output, and the overall efficiency of our production systems.

Exposure to HVAC manufacturing or regulated industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive, medical, or defense). Experience with automation, robotics, CNC machining, assembly lines, and complex manufacturing systems. Lean Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certification.

Education: Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field required.
