About the Role
The Quality Manager serves as the primary leadership figure for all quality assurance and control functions. This role is critical in bridging the gap between strategic quality objectives and daily machining operations. You will act as the Management Representative, overseeing the development and maintenance of our quality management systems while ensuring full compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory demands.
In this position, you will lead a team of Quality Engineers and Inspectors, mentoring them to build a culture of quality ownership. Your day-to-day involves driving continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, managing complex root cause analyses, and overseeing the calibration of precision measurement equipment. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding quality matters, leading audits and managing the resolution of non-conformances. This role requires a proactive leader who can translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that reduce waste, eliminate defects, and enhance process capability.
Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop, implement, and maintain IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management systems

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred
- verifiedASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
- verifiedMinimum 7 years experience in manufacturing quality operations
- verifiedAt least 3 years in a quality management or supervisory role
- verifiedStrong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- verifiedExperience in machining or metal manufacturing environment
- verifiedFamiliarity with GD&T, CMM operation, and precision measurement
- verifiedDemonstrated experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA

Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Engineering degree is required). Quality certification such as ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Experience in a machining or metal manufacturing environment. Black Belt certification in Six Sigma.
