Are you ready to lead the transformation of Legal, Compliance, and EHS through modern, scalable, and risk-driven technology? As the Sr. Manager – Legal & Compliance Technology, you will define and execute the strategy that modernizes how the enterprise manages legal operations, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, and EHS.
In this role, you will own the Legal, Compliance, and EHS technology portfolio, driving platform strategy, integrations, data enablement, and service delivery transformation. You will thrive at the intersection of business, risk, data, and enterprise platforms, partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, EHS, IT, and Data teams. Your mission is to deliver scalable solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and enable proactive, data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
This position may be based anywhere in the United States. It is a hybrid role that combines remote work with on-site travel for moments that matter, with up to 20% travel required as part of the responsibilities.

Experience with Legal Technology platforms (e.g., CLM, Legal Service Delivery, Third‑Party Risk, Compliance, or EHS systems). Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and predictive insights in risk, compliance, or operational domains. Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, or EHS organizations in a global enterprise environment. Exposure to AI‑enabled workflows, automation, or advanced analytics.
