We are building a legal function that runs as smart and efficiently as the products we sell, and we need an Associate Counsel to help get us there.
About the Role
You will own a genuine slice of our legal work from day one, partnering with our In-House Counsel on contracts, risk, and compliance. This role is designed for someone who is technically curious, commercially minded, and ready to make an immediate impact. You will actively use AI and legal technology to streamline how we operate, moving beyond traditional legal work to drive continuous improvement.
In this onsite role based in Orem, UT, you will integrate AI-assisted tools into your daily workflow for legal research, contract review, and document drafting. You will manage day-to-day redline cycles with counterparties, partner with Sales to keep deal cycles moving, and collaborate across teams with compliance, IT, and engineering to identify and mitigate risk.
