About the Team
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Paralegal to join our Legal & Compliance team. This role sits at the center of a public company legal function, playing a critical part in supporting corporate governance, SEC reporting, contract management, transactions, litigation, and compliance initiatives.
About the Role
This is a high-visibility position offering regular interaction with senior leadership and direct exposure to Board-level matters. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a proactive, ownership-oriented approach. You will serve as a trusted partner to Legal, Compliance, Finance, and senior leadership, operating with strong accountability across core workstreams.
Success in this role involves consistently delivering high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. You will enjoy a broad scope across governance, transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters within a collaborative team environment that offers significant opportunities for growth and development.
