We are home to a fast-growing portfolio of branded pharmaceuticals in the cardiology, women's health, and migraine markets. Our long history in the quality manufacturing of complex dosage forms—including topical creams, ointments, oral liquids, and suppositories—has ensured consistent supply to customers and driven commercialization success.
With corporate and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey and North Carolina, Cosette is supported by more than 300 dedicated employees across all functional areas. Our mission is to innovate every day, delivering high-quality solutions to patients and partners alike.
The Contracts Manager serves as a key operational partner to Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and business teams. In this role, you will manage a high volume of agreements across the full contract lifecycle, ensuring efficient and scalable contracting processes. You will play a central role in administering and optimizing our company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform, specifically the Linksquares system.
As the system owner and primary administrator, you will configure workflows, manage templates and metadata, and ensure data integrity across the contract portfolio. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of balancing complex negotiations with the technical demands of system migration and governance support. You will be the point of contact for contract-related questions, training stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in how Cosette handles its commercial agreements.
We are committed to a fair and efficient hiring process. Selected candidates will move through a series of steps designed to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by interviews with the hiring team and relevant stakeholders. We look for candidates who demonstrate strong organizational skills, a solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
