The Senior Manager, Corporate & Legal Operations serves as the operational backbone of our legal department. This role is designed to scale with the Company's rapid growth by building the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that allow the legal team to function efficiently. You will combine substantive paralegal work with strategic legal operations, moving fluidly between hands-on legal support and process improvement.
In this position, you will be directly involved in critical corporate finance transactions, supporting debt financing and equity raise processes from initial document management through closing. Your day-to-day will involve managing complex workflows, optimizing legal department technology, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, outside counsel, investors, and lenders. You will be a key partner in driving efficiency, reducing bottlenecks, and maintaining the high standards required in a high-growth defense environment.

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent credential. Experience building or scaling legal operations functions in a high-growth company, including process mapping, reporting, and vendor management. Familiarity with litigation support processes. Experience implementing CLM or other legal technology platforms. Experience managing legal department budgets and outside counsel spend. Experience supporting regulatory compliance or data privacy programs. Project management training or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
