You will be the go-to resource for both routine preventative maintenance and urgent after-hours emergency work orders, ensuring minimal disruption to our community. Beyond technical repairs, you will manage inventory, coordinate material procurement, and collaborate with other departments to support the overall operational needs of the organization.
