Amazon is a Fortune 500 company based in Seattle, Washington, and the global leader in e-commerce. Since our start in 1995, we have significantly expanded our product offerings, international sites, and worldwide network of fulfillment and customer service centers. Our focus on the customer and innovation drives our growth, offering customers more types of products, more conveniently, and at even lower prices.
We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to serve as the Sr. Maintenance Manager (Sr. MM) and lead our site-based maintenance team. This role is critical to maximizing equipment uptime and executing maintenance projects within our fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Your day-to-day involves developing business plans, driving reliability initiatives, and overseeing the acceptance and commissioning of large-scale, complex projects. You will also influence and develop relationships at all organizational levels, from recruiting "bar-raising" talent to providing senior leadership with visibility on maintenance operations and equipment end-of-life strategies.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
