As a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this role supports vital programmatic initiatives across existing and emerging IT systems, ensuring the Exchange functions efficiently and securely.
As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EHS-IT, overseeing multiple large and complex IT projects. Your primary focus is to define user and team member roles, coordinate activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will act as a bridge between non-technical and technical teams, fostering effective communication and alignment on project requirements and strategies.
In this hybrid role, you will work onsite at 100 Hancock Street in Quincy, MA, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Your day-to-day involves creating comprehensive project plans, managing scope and change control, and adhering to strict agency standards and policies. You will be responsible for monitoring results against established timelines, identifying risks, and reporting status and mitigation strategies to senior management on a weekly basis. Additionally, you will play a mentorship role, guiding Junior PMO staff members and ensuring the team stays current with customer needs and evolving strategies.
