The Risk & Controls Project Manager serves as a strategic partner to Technology, Risk, Compliance, Cyber, and Audit stakeholders. This role is designed to define, implement, and sustain risk and control policies across critical technology domains, specifically application delivery via Agile SDLC and the IT hardware lifecycle.
In this position, you will drive consistent control adoption across teams, ensuring measurable compliance while enabling efficient delivery. You will translate complex policy requirements into actionable standards and procedures, embedding control mechanisms directly into Agile ceremonies and engineering practices. From intake and configuration to decommissioning and disposal, you will lead initiatives that reduce operational risk and foster a culture of governance without hindering innovation. The role requires a balance of delivery rigor and pragmatic execution, ensuring that controls are not just documented but are effectively integrated into the daily workflow of engineering and infrastructure teams.

Experience working with infrastructure, end-user, data center, or network teams on IT asset and hardware lifecycle processes. Exposure to common control and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT) and audit/testing lifecycle. Tooling familiarity with Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, GRC platforms, CI/CD tooling, or asset inventory/CMDB. Certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP, CSM/SAFe, ITIL, CRISC, or CISA.
