The Senior IP Litigation Paralegal serves as a technical expert and professional partner to attorneys, operating with a high degree of independence throughout the entire litigation lifecycle. In this position, you will be the backbone of the discovery and trial preparation process. Your day-to-day involves coordinating large-scale electronic and paper discovery, managing patent file histories, and preparing comprehensive witness files and exhibits.
