This position supports the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) J2 Directorate by driving the planning of intelligence operations. Your analysis and assessments will be vital to the decision-making of senior leaders, including the CENTCOM Commander. You will witness the indirect impact of your work on the battlefield and through strategic decisions made by leaders throughout the Intelligence Community.
In this role, you will assist Intelligence Plans Division leadership with the planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning activities. You will coordinate the production and implementation of Intelligence Campaign Plans (ICP) for the J2 Directorate, other directorates, components, and coalition partners. Your work involves identifying strategic and operational requirements, assessing capabilities, and developing courses of action to mitigate gaps in military operations.
The standard work schedule for this position is 0800–1600 in an office environment.
