About the Role

Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group (KellyOCG) is seeking a Content Strategist to lead the planning, creation, optimization, and governance of digital content for a global client in Jacksonville, FL. This 12-month+ engagement focuses on non-branded eye health education and Hero campaign support.

In this position, you will shape content that is clear, accurate, engaging, and user-centered while aligning with brand standards, business priorities, and strict regulatory requirements. You will act as a bridge between marketing, creative, digital, legal, and regional teams to deliver content that performs across the customer journey. The role champions modern content capabilities, including the responsible use of AI-enabled tools, to improve quality, consistency, and operational efficiency in a regulated healthcare environment.
