CACI is seeking an experienced Operations lead to support the Army DCS, G-6, Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical, and management services at The Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
This role serves as a critical bridge between operational concepts and actionable solutions for the Army's senior leadership. You will provide planning, policy, and technical support to task force-oriented communications operations, ensuring readiness for both ongoing and contingency missions. The position requires maintaining the Common Operating Picture (COP) to provide an instant understanding of the signal and cyber situation, while responding to immediate, short-term Army communications initiatives on a day-to-day basis.
As an action officer, you will develop, staff, and publish Execution Orders and Fragmentary Orders (EXORD/FRAGO), tracking completion and providing updates to senior leaders. You will also manage official taskers within the Army Task Management Software Solution Tool (ETMS2). A key part of your day involves developing written products such as information papers, memorandums, Executive Summaries, SITREPs, and briefing slides, and delivering briefings to General Officers and Senior Executive Service members.
You will provide expert-level advice on C5ISR requirements to the HQDA staff, subordinate commands, and activities supporting contingency operations, including support to Geographic Combatant Commanders. Additionally, you will monitor the C4IT readiness and reset status of Total Army Signal/Cyber Units and coordinate support for the DCS G-6 and the Director of NC4SI at various forums.
At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. As a valued team member, you will be part of a high-performing group dedicated to our customer's missions and driven by a higher purpose—to ensure the safety of our nation.
