About the Role

As a Product Analyst, you will serve as the critical liaison between the Mortgage Systems & Solutions teams and business stakeholders. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical execution, ensuring that solutions are complete, consistent, and feasible. You will lead product meetings, communicate status updates clearly in both oral and written formats, and manage medium to large projects or product lines independently or as part of a collaborative team.

In your day-to-day, you will conduct thorough requirements analysis, eliciting functional and non-functional needs through interviews, document analysis, and storyboards. You will translate these business needs into actionable artifacts, including user stories, epics, features, models, and prototypes, to enhance team understanding. Beyond documentation, you will actively solve business partner problems by evaluating alternatives and presenting findings, while also identifying and escalating risks with well-considered mitigation strategies. You will also contribute to process improvements within the department and participate in third-party vendor evaluations as needed.
