We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Lead Software Systems Engineer to serve as the Product Development Lead for a team providing comprehensive technical engineering support services. This role is dedicated to cradle-to-grave engineering support and management for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Program Executive Office (PEO) for Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Combat Management Systems (CMS).
In this position, you will partner with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring the successful delivery of Navy combat systems. You will navigate the complexities of strategic planning, coordination, and logistics while providing vital support to senior and flag-level stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to high-visibility PEO IWS programs, leveraging specialized technical and business expertise to drive new initiatives and maintain operational standards.
