Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Field Consultant to support the Department of Defense Military OneSource program throughout Northern California. Based in Sacramento, this role is critical to ensuring service members and their families have unlimited 24/7 access to vital information, referrals, and counseling services.
The Field Consultant serves as the bridge between the Military OneSource program and the communities they serve. By conducting targeted outreach and engaging with local stakeholders, you will increase awareness of available resources and identify unmet needs within the region. Your work enables the program to maintain visibility into regional conditions and adapt services to better support Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve families, particularly those in geographically dispersed or underserved locations.
In this field-based position, you will collaborate with third-party programs, non-profit organizations, and military agencies to build coalitions and connect families with essential support systems. From relocation assistance and financial management to deployment support and transition services, you will facilitate access to a wide array of resources while documenting activities to ensure program visibility and reporting accuracy.
