As a Field Consultant based in San Antonio, TX, you will serve as the vital link between Military OneSource and communities throughout Western Texas. This role exists to increase awareness of available services, facilitate access to critical resources, and identify unmet needs within the communities you serve.
In this position, you will engage in targeted outreach to reach service members and families, particularly those in geographically dispersed, remote, or underserved locations. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with military and civilian stakeholders to build coalitions, connecting federal, state, and local resources with Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve families. You will work to maintain visibility into regional conditions, adapting services to better support participants while establishing professional relationships with resource providers and community organizations.
Qualified candidates must be US Citizens able to pass a comprehensive background check, including an FBI fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI).
