About Nalley Consulting

Nalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business dedicated to staffing Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions. Founded by a U.S. Navy intelligence veteran, the firm has grown to secure multiple IDIQ vehicles across several states, working closely with prime partners to support critical national security missions.

About the Role

As an Intelligence Planner at the Pentagon, you will serve within the CDCM/JCS J25 team. This role is designed for a Senior-level professional with deep expertise in intelligence planning at the Combatant Command (CCMD) level. You will be responsible for producing high-quality intelligence products and delivering briefings to senior-level government officials. The position requires a strong understanding of the Intelligence Community and the INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

In this capacity, you will contribute to the development of strategic documents, including intelligence annexes, appendices, the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate (JSIE), and the Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP). Success in this role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to navigate complex military and intelligence environments.

Requirements & Process

Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a polygraph exam. While prior military experience, particularly in a J2 or Combatant Command environment, and completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses are highly valued, the primary focus is on your ability to support high-level intelligence planning and product development.

Benefits & Culture

Nalley Consulting offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our employees and their families. This includes excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and 11 paid federal holidays. We also provide tuition assistance, paid military-reserve leave, paid parental leave for birth or adoption, and a 401k matching program up to 5 percent of base salary. Additional perks include flex time and company-paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance.
