About the Role

As a Senior Level All Source Intel Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic and operational analysis of intelligence production. This position requires a deep understanding of national and theater analysis standards, defense warning strategies, and indications and warning (I&W) processes. You will be responsible for researching all-source reporting to produce predictive and timely finished intelligence products, ensuring that all-source information is logically structured and rigorously analyzed.

Your day-to-day work will involve identifying the operational readiness and disposition of adversary strategic forces, including air, naval, and fixed silo assets. You will employ a whole-of-government approach to analyze adversary strategic intent, decision-making processes, and operational plans to support integrated deterrence analysis. Additionally, you will function as a Red Cell, supporting United States Strategic Command exercises, war-games, and tabletop scenarios. The role also entails developing and presenting senior leader-level executive summaries, briefings, and analytical reports, as well as assisting with the development of operational planning documents and JIPOE efforts.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance and be a US Citizen. The application process involves a review of qualifications against the essential requirements, including over ten years of demonstrated experience in all-source intelligence processes, analytical writing, and joint operational planning methodologies.
