- check_circleServe as primary strategic HR advisor to senior leaders and influence business unit strategy
- check_circleLead complex organizational design, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
- check_circleCoach senior leaders on performance management, feedback, and manager effectiveness
- check_circleMentor and develop HR Business Partner team members on complex cases and strategy
- check_circleTranslate business unit priorities into multi-quarter people roadmaps with clear outcomes
- check_circleLead complex and high-risk employee relations matters ensuring defensible outcomes
- check_circleOwn end-to-end talent strategy including succession planning and internal mobility
- check_circleOwn people analytics narrative by defining KPIs and translating data into actionable decisions

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
- verified8-10+ years of progressive HR experience
- verifiedMaster's or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred
- verifiedMust pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
