The Director, People Business Partner (PBP) serves as a strategic consultant to the Technology and Product business units. In this role, you will ensure that talent strategies are perfectly aligned with business objectives while building key relationships with the management team. You will act as a team member champion and change agent, helping to make a tangible impact at Sabre.
You will partner with other People Team functions, notably Talent Acquisition, Talent and Culture, and Total Rewards, to implement best practices in the region and ensure the seamless delivery of global processes. This position requires a collaborative approach to drive organizational change within a complex, matrixed organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels to foster a performance-oriented culture rooted in Sabre values.
