The Home Lending team is a motivated group dedicated to guiding clients to fulfilling the dream of homeownership. As a Senior Home Lending Advisor, you will join a high-energy team where you serve as your customers' chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan. While you leverage your exceptional knowledge of home lending products, the team supports you by sharing demonstrated knowledge in this area of specialization.
In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to grow your career while making a significant impact on our business. You will work to build a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within your footprint territory, functioning effectively within both formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
Your day-to-day involves coaching and mentoring the branch team, providing training on products and services, and collaborating with bankers to create an outstanding customer experience. You will utilize various marketing efforts—including direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, and electronic newsletters—to introduce new clients to bankers. As the internal and external mortgage expert, you will exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of your customers' financial needs, goals, and circumstances.
This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorgan Chase's review of your criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries.
Additionally, this role falls under the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An offer is contingent on a review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). JPMorgan Chase will determine if you demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position. Please note that any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration.
Upon active employment, you will be required to register on the NMLS or update your existing registration as necessary to reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration immediately after your start date and timely completion of annual renewals.
