About the Role

In this position, you will act as an internal and external mortgage expert, building strong relationships with both customers and assigned retail branches. You will coach and mentor the branch team, providing training on products and services while collaborating to create outstanding customer experiences. Your day-to-day involves utilizing various marketing efforts—from direct mail and media advertisements to electronic newsletters and outbound lead sourcing—to promote mortgage loan originations within your footprint territory. You will exhibit consultative skills, offering recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and a deep understanding of your customers' financial needs and goals.

Hiring Process & Compliance

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent upon JPMorgan Chase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Specifically, any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Your continued employment is contingent upon compliance with these requirements, demonstrating financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position.

Additionally, this role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you must register or update your existing registration to reflect your employment with JPMorgan Chase.
