The Senior Home Lending Advisor joins a fun, high-energy team within Chase Home Lending. This group is dedicated to guiding clients to fulfilling the dream of homeownership. The team supports you by sharing demonstrated knowledge in this area of specialization, allowing you to serve as the customer's chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan while you leverage your exceptional knowledge of home lending products.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCollaborate with bankers to introduce new clients for additional products
- check_circleProvide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis and customer needs
- check_circleCreate outstanding customer experiences through marketing and lead sourcing efforts
- check_circleDevelop partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations
- check_circleCoach and mentor branch team members on products and services
- check_circleServe as internal and external mortgage expert while maintaining customer relationships
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- verified3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- verifiedKnowledge of real estate market in local area
- verifiedKnowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- verifiedNMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- verifiedNo felony conviction within the last seven years
Nice to Have
FHA/VA sales experience. Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills. Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment.
