About the Role
This position serves as the strategic engine for securing the financial resources necessary to fulfill Avenue 360's mission. The successful candidate will lead the full-cycle management of private grants, from initial research and prospecting to writing, submission, and reporting. You will be responsible for identifying new funding opportunities, crafting compelling cases for support, and ensuring the timely administration of awarded funds.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Development to set goals and strategies for foundation support. Your work will extend beyond grant writing to include repurposing proposals for broader donor communications, maintaining accurate records in Salsa CRM, and supporting the Development team with various fundraising events and content creation. You will act as a key liaison, responding to internal and external queries regarding proposals and ensuring all project timelines and deadlines are met with precision.
