As a Business Development Representative, you will be the engine driving new sales opportunities and adding qualified leads to our funnel. This role is designed for a true "hunter" who is motivated to generate new business through outbound sales efforts. You will prospect, follow up, and pass qualified leads to Account Executives who will convert them into customers.
Your day will involve identifying potential customers, making high-volume outbound outreach via calls and emails, and qualifying prospects. You will nurture previous contacts, manage leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets. Success in this role requires a natural curiosity to understand prospect needs, the resilience to handle rejection, and the tenacity to push through challenging situations.
We offer a flexible, remote work environment that supports work-life balance, fosters engagement, and emphasizes collaboration. While this is a remote position, the team gathers in-person for office work once a month. Candidates must be based in the greater Austin, TX area to participate in these gatherings. However, you are welcome to visit our Bellingham, WA office as much as you'd like.
