About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be on the front line of our goal to find and develop "Customers for Life" within your protected territory. This role is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude who are ready to build, develop, and lead a team of professional Outside Sales Representatives.

You will drive the team's success by developing and implementing annual sales plans, coaching representatives on sales techniques, and personally engaging with target accounts when necessary.
