Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and implement annual Sales Plan with quarterly goals and monthly progress updates
- check_circleCoach and manage sales representatives to maintain contact and gain appointments with assigned accounts
- check_circleAccompany sales representatives on sales calls to observe skills and assist in developing action plans
- check_circleMaintain budgeted staffing levels
- check_circleConduct product knowledge and selling skills training at weekly sales meetings
- check_circleAssist other Sales Managers or Department Managers with sales-related tasks
- check_circleAchieve location's new account sales quota
- check_circleConduct formal weekly evaluations of sales performance and guide representatives in achieving goals
Requirements
- verified4 year college degree preferred
- verified3+ years B2B new account sales experience
- verified2+ years sales management experience
- verifiedValid non-commercial drivers license
- verifiedSafe driving record
- verifiedMinimum auto insurance requirements
