About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be on the front line of our mission to find and develop "Customers for Life" within your protected territory. This role is designed for individuals with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude who are ready to build, develop, and lead a team of professional Outside Sales Representatives.
You will drive the team's success by developing and implementing annual sales plans, coaching representatives on maintaining contact with assigned accounts, and accompanying them on sales calls to observe skills and assist in developing action plans. A key part of your day involves conducting product knowledge and selling skills training at weekly meetings, as well as performing formal evaluations of sales performance to guide representatives in achieving their goals. You will also be personally responsible for Target Accounts when no salesperson is available in the territory.
