As a Cook 2, you will be a vital part of a dynamic team where people help drive the success of the business. This junior-level position serves as a bridge between entry-level support and advanced culinary leadership. You will work closely with Cook 1 and Cook 3 team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent adherence to quality standards. Your role involves taking on more complex tasks than a Cook 1 while supporting the leadership of the Cook 3, contributing to a positive team environment and the delivery of exceptional service.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive in assisting members and guests, ensuring the delivery of our "3-steps of service." You will interact professionally with our community, accommodating changes and last-minute requests while resolving complaints with grace. Due to the dynamic nature of the club, you are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Club.
