As a Cook 2, you will be a vital part of our culinary team, bridging the gap between entry-level support and advanced leadership. This junior-level position requires a deep understanding of culinary techniques and the ability to handle complex tasks while supporting the leadership of the Sous Chef and Cook 3. You will ensure high standards of food quality and presentation through meticulous workstation organization, food preparation, and sanitation. Your role involves coordinating closely with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations, from daily prep and menu execution to managing inventory and assisting with special events. You will also play a key role in fostering a positive team environment and delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
