About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior FMV Imagery Analyst to support high-priority intelligence operations within a dynamic Special Operations environment. This role is critical for delivering actionable intelligence in time-sensitive operational settings, directly supporting USSOCOM and/or JSOC missions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, utilizing extensive expertise in Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation, imagery intelligence (IMINT), and geospatial analysis.
In this capacity, you will execute the FMV Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) cycle, conducting advanced analysis to identify targets, activities, and patterns of operational significance. Your work will directly inform targeting operations through the F3EA (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze) methodology. You will serve as a key liaison, briefing intelligence findings and analytical assessments to supported units, mission partners, and senior leadership, ensuring that intelligence products are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of forward-deployed operations.
Ideal Candidate Background
Candidates for this position typically originate from organizations deeply embedded in intelligence, ISR, GEOINT, and Special Operations missions. This includes major defense and national security contractors, military intelligence units, or government agencies that have supported SOCOM, JSOC, NGA, or related mission sets. Success in this role requires a proven track record of operating in high-stakes environments and a deep understanding of the unique demands of Special Operations intelligence.
Hiring Process & Application

Location & Logistics This is a fully onsite position located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Please note that relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available for this role.
