About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer who thrives on solving complex design challenges and elevating ideas into world-class creative. In this hybrid role, you will work across omnichannel campaigns—including upper/mid-funnel media, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing—to shape visual systems that scale while allowing for creative expression.
You will partner with the brand team, product marketing, writers, and strategists to bring campaigns to life. The role balances big-picture thinking with hands-on craft, ranging from key campaign visuals to production-ready assets. You will lead the translation of campaign creative into digital experiences, ensuring usability, clarity, and visual consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, providing constructive and inspiring feedback to help them grow.
This position is ideal for a designer with strong systems-thinking, typographic rigor, and the ability to adapt creative to maximize impact across a variety of channels. Experience with motion graphics and creative automation is a bonus.
Location and Work Model
This is a hybrid position based at one of our Hub office locations in Frisco, TX; New York, NY; San Jose, CA; or Newport Beach, CA. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis. When not working on-site, you will work from your home location. We are only considering candidates within commutable distance to one of these locations and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
