About the Role
The AI Video Editor / Motion Designer sits at the intersection of creative storytelling, motion design, and AI tooling. Your primary goal is to create and edit high-quality AI-driven video content that converts cold traffic across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages.
You will work closely with the Creative Director, marketers, and copywriters to develop, test, and iterate on video concepts. A key focus of this role is leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate production while pushing the quality bar, specifically regarding photorealistic human characters and lip-sync accuracy. You will be responsible for crafting clear storylines tailored to specific platforms and audiences, ensuring logical sequencing and strong storytelling that drives performance.
