As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will serve as a creative bridge between complex technical information and clear, engaging visual communication. In this role, you will produce a diverse range of multimedia and user experience support products, including presentations, instructional graphics, photography, video content, motion graphics, and 3D models. Your work will directly support eLearning and training development by creating rendered visuals, video-based learning products, and HTML-based interactive activities.
You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and leadership to translate technical concepts into professional visual assets. This position requires a blend of daily production support and strategic expansion of the team's eLearning capabilities. We are looking for someone who brings creative energy, curiosity, and a willingness to master new tools and workflows to produce meaningful work that enhances our training and communication efforts.

Experience with eLearning tools such as H5P, dominKnow, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. Experience supporting military, government, defense, technical training, or instructional design environments. Ability and willingness to learn new software, workflows, and technical skills quickly. Ability to contribute creative ideas for learning products using graphics, presentations, photography, video, animation, 3D models, and interactive media. Ability to translate technical information into clear visual products for training, instruction, presentation, or communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with designers, instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, and leadership. Possession of excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
