The Opportunity
Ruby-Collins, Inc., a premier General Contractor with a 55+ year legacy in the water and wastewater infrastructure space, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the strategic development and execution of the company's digital brand identity.
This position involves taking full ownership of the social media landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Serving as a creative partner to Executive and Field Leadership, this role is key in shaping the narrative and digital presence of the essential infrastructure work performed by the company.
About the Role
As the primary lead for the internal brand image, you will ensure all digital efforts reinforce the company's mission and culture. Your day will involve translating complex heavy civil operations—such as underground utilities and treatment plant construction—into visual narratives that remain authentic to the internal company identity.
You will conduct regular visits to active job sites to capture high-quality photography and video, serving as the bridge between the field and the digital world. Additionally, you will manage the company newsletter to keep 500+ employees and industry partners informed and connected to the internal brand mission, while maintaining the company website to ensure project portfolios are current and visually aligned with brand strategy.

Location & Culture
Based in or commuting to Smyrna, GA, this role requires regular travel to Metro-Atlanta job sites and occasional travel to regional project locations. You will be expected to navigate active construction environments professionally, with PPE provided, and engage effectively with field crews and project management teams.

Requirements
